Glen Wallace - Managing Director
With over eight years experience, working directly in the internet as a web designer, site producer, analyst and consultant, Glen formed Accede.

Background
Glen started his working life as a tradesman signwriter. He still draws on fundamental signwriting skills, converting foot traffic into sales. "A website is very similar to shop frontage. It must instantly draw the consumer's attention, enticing them to take the next step, which then enables the sale to be converted ".

Realising that traditional sign writing skills were being eroded by the introduction of computers, Glen retrained in Information & Technology in Sydney, Australia.

From here Glen worked as a Site Producer & Analyst for Fairfax Digital, Australia's largest online media channel. Working in conjunction with the Sydney Morning Herald & The Melbourne Age, Glen managed Fairfax's Online Shopping channel as well as the Fairfax portal.

After relocating back to New Zealand to bring up his family, Glen worked for 3 years as Web Designer & Consultant for leading design firm in Queenstown. During this time Glen worked across a wide range of industries including Tourism, Viticulture, Real Estate and Finance.

Present Situation
Accede has quickly evolved into an multi-faceted online business development company, one of few in New Zealand capable of delivering results based on an extensive background in the Australian internet environment.
